The Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice (MSCJ) is the one of the oldest associations of criminal defense lawyers in Minnesota. Membership is limted to about 50, and is gained by vote of the existing membership as openings arise. It is a College of lawyers who devote their law practice to the defense of the criminally accused. MSCJ members meet monthly to share information and continuing legal education. The group has provided volunteer lawyer (member) support, and financial support for litigation to help advance the legal rights of Minnesotans.
